A graduate of the Atlantic Police Academy, Jon spent a decade serving as a Deputy Sheriff in Sydney, Nova Scotia before transitioning into technology, operations, and digital systems. This unique blend of frontline service experience and operational expertise allows him to bridge clinical care, compliance, and innovation in a highly regulated environment.
Jon is known for his steady leadership style, integrity, and ability to bring structure to complex systems. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 15 years of experience, he is deeply committed to resilience, discipline, and long-term wellbeing; values that closely align with the mission of Veterans For Healing.
